Notes on accommodation: This holiday apartment would ideally suit families and couple alike. It is a family friendly apartment with a cot, highchair, pushchair, play mat and a selection of toys provided as standard (owners have small children so has been kitted out with little people in mind). The living areas and bedrooms are fully air conditioned, essential for the long hot Italian summers but which can also be used to provide heating in the winter. The apartment is comfortable and functional having everything you need for a home from home.The holiday apartment has a very large terrace, which is fully furnished with a patio table, 6 chairs, parasol, two sun-loungers and a storage box containing beach mats and beach/pool toys. The complex had beautifully maintained gardens and a secure car park. There is a large swimming pool which is only available to residents (seasonal). The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outside shower. Outside: Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are provided. (duvets, sheets, pillows, covers, 6 large bath towels, 6 hand towels and 2 drying cloths). The property is cleaned between bookings although additional cleans can be arranged for longer stays. Other: Large balcony with large table and 6 chairs, parasol, 2 sun-loungers, storage box with beach mats and pool toys.
